Caveman Circuit Training Australia sells their MMA workouts in a professional format, for $250,- a year you will receive a program in your email every week. 52 programs per year, that is less than $5,- per program. These guys put a lot of effort into each program and with some programs they also provide a video which will show you the setup and how the program was run. If you currently create your own programs you know how much time it takes to put a “good” program together!
