Crazy Intense Circuit Using Tyres Only! 45 Minute non-stop

A full on hardcore tyre circuit training session using nothing but tyres, this caveman training session really messed everyone up!

The Circuit
8 Exercises

  1. Tyre military press
  2. Tyre burpees
  3. Tyre wars
  4. Sitting reverse tyre push
  5. Reverse tyre push
  6. Tyre pull (one arm)
  7. Tyre flips
  8. Tyre push

The Challenge

  1. Tyre overhead lunge walk (approx 5 meters)
  2. 10 x Tyre push ups
  3. 10 x tyre burpees

Repeat 10 times
Who ever finishes first within 10 minutes
