- Tyre burpees
- Tyre wars
- Sitting reverse tyre push
- Reverse tyre push
- Tyre pull (one arm)
- Tyre flips
- Tyre push
The Challenge
- Tyre overhead lunge walk (approx 5 meters)
- 10 x Tyre push ups
- 10 x tyre burpees
Repeat 10 times
Who ever finishes first within 10 minutes
